Steps to Make a Safety Bear

  1. Purchase Fabric
  2. Match front and back
  3. Cut fabric to size to fit Die
  4. Die cut Fabric
  5. Match pockets
  6. Pin Pockets
  7. Sew Pockets
  8. Pin around Bears
  9. Add Label
  10. Sew Around Bears
  11. Trim threads and tag
  12. Stuff Bears
  13. Match Ribbon
  14. Tie Bows
  15. Glue Bows
  16. Add Pocket Card "I am a Safety Bear to the Front"
  17. Match Blanket
  18. Attach Blanket
  19. Use Lint Roller to finish Safety Bear


Steps to Make a Baby Bear

  1. Purchase Fabric
  2. Match front and back
  3. Cut fabric to size to fit Die
  4. Die cut Fabric
  5. Pin around Babies
  6. Add Label
  7. Sew Around Babies
  8. Stuff Babies
  9. Match Ribbon
  10. Tie Bows
  11. Glue Bows
  12. Attach Card to Right Paw "I am a Safety Bear to the Front"
  13. Use Lint Roller to finish Baby

Steps to Cut Blankets

  1. Cut Fabric - this is done when cutting out safety bears
  2. Cut fabric to fit die
  3. Die Cut
  4. Store in drawers or Bin

Steps to Prepare Stuffing for Stuffing Machine

  1. Receive Stuffing in 25 lb boxes
  2. Open - do this outside
  3. Using the Leaf Mulcher vacumn mulched stuffing
  4. Mulch into Mesh Bags
  5. Store in Laundry Containers

Steps to Ribbons for Safety Bears and Baby Bears

  1. Cut Ribbons 3 ft for Safety Bears
  2. Store in One Gallon Plastic Bag
  3. Cut Ribbons 2 ft for Baby Bears
  4. Store in One Quart Plastic Bag
